On August 20, 1986, I signed up for IntellectInstitute Kumamoto Group's upgrade service at their Lake Meaghan, Oregon location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $664.23, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Destinee U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
