SmartShoppe Holdings refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1262-JZG-2002 placed with SmartShoppe Holdings on March 1, 1990. I paid $664.82 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Tyrel I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
