Security vulnerability in Data App product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8493-JUW-2952 placed with Data App on October 17, 1975. I paid $210.92 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Aileen U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
