I have been a loyal customer of Med Associates Corp. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered account (order #ORD-9152-HRI-6885) on March 25, 2014, and have encountered arrived significantly late. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
