Warranty claim denied by Med Associates Corp.

On December 29, 2021, I signed up for Med Associates Corp.'s exchange program at their East Lavonne, Arkansas location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $861.29, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jamaal M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
