I want to report a serious concern with The Super Outlet Naples Group's accessory that I purchased on January 13, 2009 from your Margretmouth, Oklahoma store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Aurore T., but my issue remains unresolved.
