Hidden fees discovered from Housing International Kitakyushu

I purchased a subscription from Housing International Kitakyushu on August 9, 2008. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Stephany L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
