Warranty claim denied by Easy Depot Collective

On March 27, 2017, I signed up for Easy Depot Collective's technical assistance at their Mannborough, Arkansas location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $769.84, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Tyree H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
