Warranty claim denied by Easy Depot Collective

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5295-AOW-3913 placed with Easy Depot Collective on August 23, 2001. I paid $986.17 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Buddy K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
