Poor customer service experience with The Easy Store

I purchased a software from The Easy Store on February 1, 1979. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Walter Q. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
