I purchased a application from FamilyHospital on September 5, 1994. Shortly after using it, I experienced received incorrect information. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Devin Y. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
