Misleading advertising by Meta Dynamics

I purchased a device from Meta Dynamics on January 11, 2002. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Adam V. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
