I have been a loyal customer of Tutoring of Mastery Ltd. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered platform (order #ORD-4877-RRS-3706) on March 19, 1973, and have encountered doesn't work as advertised. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
