Frustrated with Med Life's lack of response

I purchased a unit from Med Life on June 25, 1993. Shortly after using it, I experienced encountered rude staff. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Lizzie U. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
