False promises made by The Smart Buy Inc. representative

On January 31, 1973, I signed up for The Smart Buy Inc.'s exchange program at their New Armando, Alabama location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $959.48, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Keara P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
