False promises made by The Smart Buy Inc. representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7052-IAE-7308 placed with The Smart Buy Inc. on April 27, 1989. I paid $900.45 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Margaret J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
