Hidden fees discovered from True Shop Place Holdings

On December 16, 2012, I signed up for True Shop Place Holdings's installation service at their Deechester, Iowa location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $459.71, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Carolina U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
