I purchased a subscription from HealthMedical Holdings on November 10, 2024. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Santiago P. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
