I purchased a software from Advance University of Training International on October 30, 2004. Shortly after using it, I experienced received incorrect information. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Cary M. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
