Refund refused by Fare & Café Moscow

On August 27, 1983, I signed up for Fare & Café Moscow's warranty service at their Beckerville, Idaho location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $296.97, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ines A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
