Warranty claim denied by Fare & Café Moscow

I purchased a appliance from Fare & Café Moscow on February 13, 2019. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Sarina D. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
