I purchased a subscription from CloudHyper on January 8, 2023. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Laurine J. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
