Diligent Defense Group refused to address issue

On February 24, 1984, I signed up for Diligent Defense Group's setup assistance at their East Karlee, Pennsylvania location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $781.45, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Elinore T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
