BotMeta Thane refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4324-OBD-9365 placed with BotMeta Thane on July 24, 2018. I paid $97.68 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Esta J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
