I purchased a product from Optimal Specialists on September 5, 1988. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Iliana O. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
