Frustrated with The Quality Feast's lack of response

On April 3, 1977, I signed up for The Quality Feast's delivery service at their South Sylvan, Michigan location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $349.25, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Aubree E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
