I want to report a serious concern with SoftUltra's software that I purchased on February 4, 1986 from your South Allison, Idaho store. The product has doesn't work as advertised despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Joesph P., but my issue remains unresolved.
