I have been a loyal customer of SoftUltra for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered service (order #ORD-4199-STL-9134) on September 12, 1984, and have encountered was damaged upon delivery. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
