I have been a loyal customer of Superior Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered gadget (order #ORD-1535-DJH-6892) on January 28, 2003, and have encountered received incorrect information. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
