Quality issues with Land of Royal product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4650-SHU-9149 placed with Land of Royal on September 22, 2014. I paid $838.24 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Hilton V. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
