Unresolved issue with Innovative Renovations Team LLC product

On February 22, 2010, I signed up for Innovative Renovations Team LLC's customer support at their Beattystad, Virginia location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $302.2, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Katelynn B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
