Security vulnerability in DevFusion product

I want to report a serious concern with DevFusion's system that I purchased on April 9, 1990 from your Lake Corenefurt, Washington store. The product has stopped working after two weeks despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Sylvan V., but my issue remains unresolved.
