Overcharged by Development of Golden for service

On June 23, 1997, I signed up for Development of Golden's installation service at their Macview, New York location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $740.94, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Alba M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
