Hidden fees discovered from RoboTech

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3311-CHM-6098 placed with RoboTech on January 8, 2013. I paid $857.52 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Coy F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
