I have been a loyal customer of Community of Signature Hanover Inc. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered appliance (order #ORD-5978-XHM-4911) on September 29, 1999, and have encountered is not compatible as claimed. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
