On April 11, 2001, I signed up for Solicitor Partners Ltd.'s setup assistance at their Morarview, Kentucky location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $417.53, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Valentina Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
