LogicDev Intelligence Holdings refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2703-DFY-7490 placed with LogicDev Intelligence Holdings on May 14, 1995. I paid $730.13 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ana S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
