Data loss incident with LogicDev Intelligence Holdings service

On February 17, 1988, I signed up for LogicDev Intelligence Holdings's consultation at their Steuberburgh, North Dakota location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $420.45, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Olaf W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
