I am writing regarding order #ORD-7345-UEP-3814 placed with Learning Scholars of Success Enterprises on March 12, 2012. I paid $155.79 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jennie L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
