Robo-Wave Corp. provided defective product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5106-HXD-6031 placed with Robo-Wave Corp. on September 7, 2013. I paid $238.42 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Sherwood P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
