I want to report a serious concern with Classic Properties Associates's package that I purchased on August 2, 1978 from your Kerlukefurt, Nebraska store. The product has doesn't work as advertised despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Nicola R., but my issue remains unresolved.
