Billing discrepancy with Life Team Corp. medical center

On December 31, 2023, I signed up for Life Team Corp.'s support package at their Cummingshaven, Delaware location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $953.67, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Rossie K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
