Warranty claim denied by NetCloud

On May 19, 1970, I signed up for NetCloud's consultation at their New Amalia, California location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $722.44, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Elnora Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
