Billing dispute with Trendy Spot

On March 9, 1999, I signed up for Trendy Spot's warranty service at their Lake Alvina, Tennessee location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $380.75, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Spencer L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
