Unresolved issue with Trendy Spot product

On May 21, 1990, I signed up for Trendy Spot's setup assistance at their Abigayletown, Mississippi location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $554.45, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Floyd S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
