False promises made by The Excel Scholars Holdings representative

On January 21, 1977, I signed up for The Excel Scholars Holdings's return process at their Olenshire, South Dakota location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $109.10, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lionel N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
