I have been a loyal customer of Trade Zone for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered equipment (order #ORD-8516-CXJ-3546) on January 10, 2004, and have encountered stopped working after two weeks. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
