Refund refused by Summit School

On February 2, 1979, I signed up for Summit School's setup assistance at their East Jaden, Maine location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $742.1, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Marquise I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
