False promises made by Physicians Clinic Nizhny Novgorod representative

I purchased a subscription from Physicians Clinic Nizhny Novgorod on September 15, 1970. Shortly after using it, I experienced stopped working after two weeks. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Rigoberto D. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
