On March 25, 1986, I signed up for Net Solutions's troubleshooting service at their New Armanimouth, Oklahoma location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $218.17, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Mattie F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
